Pat @ Phoenix Feeney is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience specializing in industrial projects in metropolitan Phoenix.

Prior to his career in real estate, Pat spent over 7 years in the restaurant business, eventually owning and operating a restaurant for 2 years.

His transition to commercial real estate was driven by his service-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and the desire for a career change to spend more time with his family.

Pat Feeney is passionate about the unique and promising real estate market in Phoenix, highlighting its pro-business environment, affordability, and excellent transportation infrastructure as key factors for future growth.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys quality time with his family, traveling to new international destinations yearly, and pursuing his interest in cars.

Pat holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management from Arizona State University and currently serves as the Senior Vice President at CBRE.
