Pat Leahy is a dedicated fitness trainer and athletic preparation specialist with over fifteen years of experience in the field.
Specializing in performance enhancement, Pat has successfully assisted clients ranging from beginners to professional athletes in achieving their training and racing goals through evidence-based training methods.
With a background as a professional Ironman triathlon coach and athlete, as well as a former international Tae Kwon Do champion, Pat combines personal competitive experience with European Sports Science theories and modern conditioning principles.
His specialties include Ironman Triathlon Race Preparation, Triathlon Coaching for all distances and levels, Cycling Coaching, Metabolic Fitness Testing, Cycling Power Testing, Swim Coaching, and Strength and Conditioning expertise.
Beyond multisport specializations, Pat is also a 4th Degree International Taekwondo Instructor, having coached students to Black Belt and competition success. Moreover, he has worked with actors and stuntmen to enhance their martial arts skills.
Pat Leahy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports Science from South Bank University and has also studied at St Gregorys Catholic Comprehensive in Tunbridge Wells.
Currently, Pat serves as the Director and Head Performance Coach at Pro-Vo2 Ltd. He previously held positions as Sales & Operations Manager at David Lloyd Leisure and Assistant General Manager & Sales Manager at Holmes Place.
