Stephen Volek

Stephen Volek is a dedicated professional in the field of sports science, specializing as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
He holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Sports Management from California University of Pennsylvania and completed his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Penn State University.
Currently, Stephen serves as a Sports Science - Performance Coach at the Pittsburgh Penguins, bringing his expertise to this elite organization.
His experience includes roles such as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Binghamton Devils and Volunteer Strength and Conditioning Coach at Quinnipiac University.
Stephen has also contributed his skills as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Men's Ice Hockey at Yale University and as an Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Minnesota.
In addition, he has been associated with various institutions and teams, including 1st Athlete, Minnesota State University, Mankato, Bye Dietz Enterprise, The University of Findlay, and Robert Morris University, where he held roles from intern to Assistant Coach.
