Pat Dolan is a seasoned GIS professional with 26 years of experience in the field.
Despite retiring in 2018 due to ALS, Pat remains active, using his expertise to develop applications supporting the ALS community.
In 2022, Pat launched the ALS Geospatial Hub, aimed at leveraging geographical data to enhance care, speed up research, and advocate for those affected by ALS.
Throughout his career, Pat has contributed his mapping and spatial analysis skills to various organizations including the ALS Association, Team Gleason, I Am ALS, and more.
Pat is affiliated with the I Am ALS Legislative Affairs team and the Team Gleason Technology Advisory Committee.
Pat's educational background includes an MBA in Business from the University of Redlands and a B.A. in Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder.
He has held roles at esteemed organizations such as Esri, where he served as a Consultant and Solutions Lead in the Utilities sector, as well as positions at Advantica, Center for the Study of Earth from Space, Telvent Miner & Miner.
Pat's dedication to the ALS community, coupled with his extensive GIS experience, makes him a valuable asset in the realms of geospatial technology and healthcare advocacy.
