After successfully completing three previous phases, it has started its forth phase in 2018. In the forth and current phase - Connecting Classrooms will train secondary school teachers and school leaders on 6 core skills. Parveen worked as the Project Manager for DRFM-B (Digital RMG Factory Mapping – Bangladesh, responsible for the overall implementation of the project. This is a 4-year project being implemented by the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development of BRAC University, coordinated by BRAC USA. Its major fund (75%) is being given by C&A Foundation – with rest of the funds being sourced. This project aims to develop a consensus of the total number of factories that are working in the Ready Made Garments sector in Bangladesh and develop a digital map which will be accessible in the public domain. This map will also have factory related basic data in the map that users can see and also generate various reports based on their queries.

Ensuring private sector engagement for the programme, ensuring that curriculum, competency standards and assessment tools are in line with the demand for skilled employees in the RMG and Construction sectors. Creating awareness, marketing the Innovation Fund which is aimed at working in partnership with the private sector firms.
