Paola's educational background includes studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, providing her with a solid foundation for her career in event production.

With a proven track record in the industry, Paola has held key roles in prestigious organizations such as Expo 2020 Dubai, where she currently serves as Senior Creative Producer.

Prior to her current position, Paola honed her skills as an Artworks Producer at Balich Worldwide Shows, and as the Artistic Producer of the UEFA Final Champions League 2020.

Her expertise extends to a range of high-profile events, including the UAE 48th National Day, Lima 2019 Parapan American Games Opening Ceremony, and UEFA 2019 Champions League Final Ceremony, among others.

Paola's diverse experience also encompasses roles such as Associate Producer, Deputy Artistic Producer, Segment Producer, Scenic and Props Producer, and Producer in various international events and ceremonies, showcasing her versatility and proficiency in event production.
