Paola Gomez Barletta is a Panamanian diplomat, certified life coach, and passionate advocate for gender equality, culture, and development. She currently serves as the Second Secretary of the Diplomatic & Consular Career of Panama at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama.124
