Panthea Lee is a co-founder and the Executive Director of Reboot, with a passion for fostering collaborations to address structural inequity and drive courageous change.

Combining her background as an ethnographer, organizer, designer, and facilitator, Panthea has initiated impactful global co-creation processes resulting in significant initiatives in human rights protection, anti-corruption efforts, participatory democracy, equity in open knowledge, and more.
Her expertise in social design has been lauded by Fast Company, Core77, and various media outlets, and she has been featured by prestigious institutions like the Aspen Institute and The New York Times.
Panthea's influence extends to academia, where she has taught at PopTech Social Innovation, Singularity University, and esteemed universities such as Columbia, Harvard, and New York.
Additionally, she mentors social entrepreneurs, advises organizations like the OECD Network on Innovation Citizen Participation and Greenpeace, and sits on the boards of AIGA Design for Democracy, Development Gateway, and People Powered: The Global Hub for Participatory Democracy.
