Pantelis Vassilakis is an expert in acoustics, system design, and noise mitigation consulting for art & entertainment events, as well as music creation & publishing, and curriculum development, delivery, & assessment.

With over 20 years of experience in music making and event production, Pantelis has been a music publisher since 2020.

He brings 4 years of expertise in acoustical consulting and community education for arts & entertainment events, along with 7 years of experience in academic administration and leadership.

Furthermore, Pantelis has accumulated 16+ years in teaching, curriculum development, program design, and assessment.

His educational background includes studying at the University of California, Los Angeles for his post-doctoral certificate, Ph.D., and M.A., while also earning a B.A. Honors degree from Kingston University.

Additionally, he pursued courses in Physics and Digital Communication Systems at the National Technical University of Athens and obtained his high school diploma from Evaggeliki Model High School of Smyrna.

Pantelis Vassilakis has been associated with various organizations such as being an acoustical consultant at large outdoor music venues at Port of Los Angeles and the former principal owner of AcousticsLab / Sound4Vision.

He has held roles as an acoustical consultant, spokesperson for sound quality, noise, and community education at The Mill at Vicksburg, Los Angeles Philharmonic, and KAABOOWorksServices, LLC.

Moreover, Pantelis has served as a university lecturer at Loyola Marymount University, department chair & associate professor at Columbia College Chicago, and as an instructional designer, music technology specialist, and lecturer at DePaul University.

His past experiences also include being a post-doctoral fellow, lecturer/research associate at the University of California, Los Angeles, and working as a composer/producer for organizations like the English National Ballet, BBC Radio 3, and the London Chinese Orchestra.
