Pamela Nogales

Pamela Nogales is an experienced and passionate leader with over 7 years of experience in management and entrepreneurship across various sectors such as insurance, hospitality, food & beverage, and technology. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on International Business/Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an International MBA from IE Business School.

Currently, she works in Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros as a Tribe Design Leader-Oficina de Transformación Agile. Her previous roles include CEO and COO of X-Shirt, Organization Structure Consultant at Emzingo, General Manager and Operations Manager of Toborochi Suites Hotel, and KAM and Financial Consultant at American Income Life Insurance Company.

Pamela is driven to design new sustainable business models that cater to the user's needs, bringing purpose-driven strategy to the forefront. Her cultural awareness from working in different regions inspired her to think differently and face unforeseen challenges.
