P&G's acquisition by Health Risk Management transformed it into HRM Claim Management, where Pam played an instrumental role in developing Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans for notable Fortune 500 companies, including The Boeing Company, The Upjohn Company, Ameritech, Corning, and Bank Boston, along with a range of small to medium-sized enterprises.
