Pablo Duarte

Pablo Duarte is the CEO of NetBrokrs Insurance Group, focusing on digital distribution of insurance in the Americas and Europe. He is also the Co-Lead of BrokerTech Ventures LATAM, an insurtech fund scouting and developing new business for insurtechs globally. Pablo is passionate about leveraging new technologies and business models to drive prosperity in communities.

With a background in management consulting at prestigious firms like McKinsey and Bain, Pablo brings over six years of experience working across diverse industries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He has also held roles in investment banking, sales, strategy, and transformation within multinational companies in the US and the UK, spearheading high-impact projects and team development.

In 2014, Pablo embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, co-founding five start-ups and patenting new concepts spanning arts, lifestyle, and financial services. He is actively involved in professional and innovation forums, serving as a speaker and jury member for events such as InsurTech Week London, ALSUM, and Cornell’s Entrepreneur Pitch Fest. Pablo also mentors startups at various maturity stages with organizations like Endeavor and TrepCamp.

Pablo's core competencies span strategy, business planning, project management, teamwork, leadership, P&L management, innovation, digital strategy, partnerships, business development, valuation, financial modeling, investments, and due diligence. His expertise lies in sectors including insurance (P&C, Health, Life) and financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, fine art, and venture capital.

Educationally, Pablo holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Master's in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. He also participated in an exchange program at The University of Texas at Austin.

Throughout his career, Pablo has held key roles such as Chief Executive Officer at NetBrokrs Insurance Group, Co-Lead at BrokerTech Ventures LATAM, Managing Director at Rokk3r, and Chief Financial Officer at Crossbordr®. He has also held leadership positions at ArtBCo, RSA, Bain & Company, Credit Suisse, Siemens, and McKinsey & Company in various capacities.
