Owen France is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive background in disaster management, emergency planning, and government affairs. After completing his studies in English Language, Govt & Politics, and Law from the Oldham Sixth Form College, he went on to achieve a BSc (Hons) degree in Disaster Management and Emergency Planning from Coventry University. Over the years, he has served in various organizations, including Cabinet Office, Greater Manchester Police, MAG (Airports Group), and Manchester Airport, to name a few. Starting from being a crew member at McDonald's, he has come a long way to become an Assistant Director of the Cabinet Office, where he is responsible for overseeing critical government affairs.
