Otto Guth

Otto Guevara Guth, born on October 13, 1960, is a Costa Rican politician, lawyer, and businessman.13 He is the founder of the Partido Movimiento Libertario (Libertarian Movement Party).1
Personal Life and Education::
- Guevara is the son of civil servants; his father was a physician and his mother worked for the Social Security system.1
- He earned a law degree from the University of Costa Rica, followed by a Master's in International Business from National University and a Master's degree in Law with emphasis on Conflict Resolution from Harvard University.12
