Oswald Yeo is the co-founder and CEO of Glints, a prominent talent ecosystem in Southeast Asia. He launched Glints in 2015 with the mission to empower professionals and organizations across the region to realize their potential and connect effectively for career growth. Under his leadership, Glints has significantly expanded, serving over 4 million job seekers and 50,000 employers across countries including Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Taiwan, and raising over US$80 million in funding from top investors.1
Yeo's entrepreneurial journey began when he dropped out of the University of California, Berkeley, at the age of 21 to focus on building Glints, which he initially developed as a startup while participating in Berkeley's startup accelerator, Free Ventures.1 His vision for Glints emphasizes creating an enduring company that continues to support career development for future generations. He has been recognized for his contributions to the industry, being named one of the "100 Leaders of Tomorrow" by the St Gallen Symposium and included in Forbes' "30 Under 30 Asia" list in 2017.12
