Oscar Osorio Escobar

Oscar Escobar, a seasoned management consultant with expertise in M&A and digital technologies, can guide companies in executing their growth strategies. As a Manager in the Deloitte M&A team in Toronto, he has led integration and separation projects in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and Latin America. His skills include planning, tracking, reporting, functional workstream management, synergy identification, commercial policy harmonization, operational due diligence, and inorganic growth strategy. He has also set up his own IT consulting firm in Mexico and worked with IBM and several startups. Oscar earned an MBA degree from IPADE Business School in Mexico, followed by postgrad studies in Software Engineering and Finance. He also has an undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. In addition to his M&A expertise, Oscar leads the Analytics and Digital Innovation for the M&A team, where he manages the adoption and creation of digital tools in Canada for service delivery, including the Deloitte Total M&A Solution.
