Orr Mendelson, PhD is an accomplished business administration and information systems professional with wide-ranging experience in technology leadership, research and development, software engineering, and consulting. Orr holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, Information Systems, a Master of Science in Information Systems Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Currently, Orr is the Chief Technology Officer at Otarki, a technology company that provides a comprehensive platform for online retailers. Prior to that, her entrepreneurial skills were honed at Antler, a company builder that helps launch new startups with unique and innovative business ideas.

Orr's technological prowess extends to machine learning and development, which she honed as the lead developer for Smartgreen Ltd. She has also held R&D roles at Time To Know, where she was the team leader, and TVC, where she was the R&D manager. Orr has an impressive background in software engineering, having worked for Seerun and Ontology Agents as a senior software engineer.
