In the first 20 professional years, Opher trained 3,000 professional jazz musicians and was leading the Jazz Dept. of Thelma Yellin high school of performing arts, this Dept was one of the top 10 in the world. In the following years, Opher built a Rock music school that is highly successful. Then he created a school for entrepreneurship and a school for career development; both had beautiful success stories.   
Opher is consulting companies in the corporate environment and startups in Israel, Silicon Valley, Detroit, and Germany.
Fields of expertise are Innovation and management strategies. 
Currently, Opher is leading three global projects in the fields of future education, micro coaching and startup risk management of investments.

Since 1984, Opher has been researching, constructing, and applying unique methodologies, which have demonstrated that people can develop multi-disciplinary talent, contrary to the popularly held concept that talent is “natural” Ophers' methodology raises the level of the non-gifted to a level of high gifted. Opher shares his 60 years of knowledge of training in business and education with the younger generations in 30 cities in Europe and the United States with more than 10,000 children in the program.
