Onno Blom is the founder of Headstart Recruitment, a company that specializes in delivering candidates for challenging high-volume roles by integrating online recruitment marketing with the hiring funnel to identify successful campaigns that result in hires. The company utilizes an automated bidding algorithm to optimize advertising platforms and reach recruitment targets cost-effectively, with a pay-per-hire model to minimize risks and drive growth.

Onno Blom pursued his education at Coornhert Gymnasium for high school and later obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Leiden University College The Hague.

Previously, Onno Blom worked as an Online Recruitment specialist at Picnic Technologies before founding Headstart Recruitment where he currently serves as the head of the organization.
