Ignacio Pakciarz is a seasoned finance executive, economist, and entrepreneur. He is the CEO & Founder of BigSur Partners, a multi-family office that provides bespoke wealth management solutions to affluent families globally. Mr. Pakciarz started BigSur in 2007 with a few of his anchor clients who sought an alternative approach to the typical conflicts that arise with traditional wealth advisory services. He saw an opportunity to create a different approach to wealth management by aligning clients' objectives with their own.

Ignacio Pakciarz is a well-educated professional with a degree in economics from Universidad de la República, Uruguay, an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and certification in Private Wealth Management from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. He has held various executive and leadership positions in top-tier financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, Guggenheim Partners, and JP Morgan, where he honed his expertise in investment management and analysis.

Mr. Pakciarz has also been actively involved in academia, serving as a professor of investment management and analysis at the Universidad Tecnológico de Monterrey. He was an executive board member at NYU Stern School of Business and a board member of Reaching U - A Foundation for Uruguay, a non-profit that provides educational opportunities for children in Uruguay.
