Olivier Leclerc is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in intrapreneurship and open innovation.

He is a former Director of Open Innovation & Intrapreneurship at Alcatel-Lucent, where he implemented and developed programs to foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the organization.

His passion lies in transforming innovations into concrete business ventures and he is a strong advocate for open innovation and working closely with startups.

Olivier is a regular speaker and lecturer on topics like intrapreneurship, innovation management, and corporate hacking.

He is a co-inspirator and co-founder of 'Les Hacktivateurs', a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting corporate hacking and intrapreneurship.

With a background in high-speed optics and optical networks, Olivier has led research teams, projects, and departments, driving internal venture initiatives.

He holds degrees from Lycée Louis le Grand, ESSEC Business School, Université Nice Sophia Antipolis, and Télécom SudParis.
