He specializes in GP partnership agreements, mergers of GP practices, advising on federations and provider companies, acquisitions of dental practices, joint venture arrangements, and contracts between primary care providers and the NHS.

With over 14 years of experience advising GP practices and commercial providers, Oliver is a renowned figure in the primary care field.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Bristol University and is actively involved in industry-specific committees, such as the healthcare special interest committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW).
