Olga Skotareva

Olga Skotareva (also known as Olya Skotareva) is an experienced social and sustainability governance specialist with over 17 years of professional experience.1 She currently works as a Senior Safeguards Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the Philippines, a position she has held since June 2021.1
Prior to her current role, Olga worked as a Senior Consultant at Arup from July 2013 to June 2021, based in Birmingham, England.1 During her time at Arup, she led social due diligence, monitoring, and auditing assignments for multibillion-dollar projects, managing medium to small environmental and social teams and consultants.1

Olga holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has studied at various institutions, including the University of Maryland and the NATO School Oberammergau.1
