Her expertise lies in due diligence and assurance of project implementation to meet international environmental and social standards set by organizations like the World Bank Group, Equator Principles, EBRD, and others.

Olga excels in managing project teams, developing innovative social safeguard strategies, and promoting sustainable finance practices. Her technical strengths include land acquisition, resettlement, livelihood restoration, gender mainstreaming, and ensuring fair labor conditions for all project stakeholders.

With a diverse educational background that includes studies in Land Acquisition and Resettlement, Environment and Development, International Security and Cooperation, and Regional Studies, Olga brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her consulting work.
