Olga Iris Otero- Brown

Olga Brown is a highly accomplished and results-driven Human Resources Leader with extensive experience in building and leading high-performance teams to drive business growth. She has a demonstrated track record of guiding existing organizations through change and developing holistic talent strategies that encompass talent acquisition, management, compensation, succession, leadership development, and engagement.
