Oleksandr Rizenko is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background in both innovation strategy and economics. He holds a master's degree in Innovational Strategy and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Nacional'nij Universitet 'Kievo-Mogiljans'ka Akademija'.

Throughout his career, Oleksandr has held key roles in various organizations, demonstrating his expertise in people development, employee relations, and strategic management. Currently, he serves as the Head of People Development and Employee Relations at Ukrnafta.

Oleksandr Rizenko has also contributed to the academic and professional community as a Guest Speaker at MBA Kids International and Майбутні (IWonder). Additionally, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish UArt gallery and play pivotal roles at Kyivstar GSM, Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, Kyiv-Mohyla Business Studio, www.innovations.com.ua, and &Strategy within The Companion Group.
