Oksana Tjupa

Oksana Tjupa is an accomplished co-owner, philanthropist, and marketing professional with years of experience in advertising, fundraising, and nonprofit work. She holds a Master of Philology from the Kyiv National Linguistics University and is skilled in marketing management, negotiation, business planning, and analytical skills. Oksana has previously worked as a traffic manager and marketing assistant for major names like Electrolux, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Ogilvy. Oksana is passionate about giving back to the community and has served as the Charter President of the Rotary Club Kyiv International, Fundraising Coordinator for Let's Do It World and JCI, and Ambassador for EuroAsian Startup Awards. She has also owned her own advertising school and recruiting agency, where she has played an essential role in working with clients, training employees, and providing valuable expertise to startups.
