Oksana Lesnik, PMP, CCMP

Oksana Pmp® is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. She excelled in mathematics and analysis at Novoalekseevka High School in the Kherson region, earning a Certificate with distinction. She furthered her studies by obtaining a Specialist's Degree in Financial Management with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Investments from Kiev Investment Management Institute (KIMI). Oksana then pursued a Master's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activities at the prestigious National Aviation University in Kiev.

Throughout her career, Oksana has held pivotal roles in various organizations. She is currently serving as a Senior Project Program Manager at SoftServe, where she leverages her expertise in project management. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Project Manager at SoftServe, demonstrating her versatility and leadership skills. Oksana has also held the position of Scrum Master/Project Manager at Rademade, showcasing her proficiency in agile methodologies.

Oksana Pmp® has a wealth of experience in the financial sector, having worked at ING Bank N.V in London and ING Bank Ukraine. During her tenure at ING Bank N.V London Branch, she excelled as the Partner Lead at ING Innovation Lab, underscoring her ability to drive innovation and collaboration. Oksana also held key positions such as Acting Head of the Client Services Department and Agile Transformation Ambassador at ING Bank Ukraine, where she played an integral role in transformative initiatives.

With a strong background in client services, Oksana has served in roles such as Senior Officer (Account Manager) in the Client Services Department and Securities Services Relationship Manager in the Custody department at ING Bank Ukraine. Her experience in customer relations and account management has honed her interpersonal skills and strategic acumen, making her a valuable asset in client-centric environments.
