Ntsakisi Baloyi is an experienced Junior Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in the mining & metals industry.

With a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, Ntsakisi is well-versed in problem solving, adaptation to changing environments, intense pressure situations, communication skills, presentation skills, management, leadership, and solid engineering principles.

Ntsakisi has worked as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Sibanye-Stillwater and has previous experience as a Co-Founder of a self-employed venture and as an Engineer In Training at Anglo Platinum.
