Norma Glendinning is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in management consulting and public sector audits.
She currently leads the Business Consulting Team, Coaching Services, and Conflict Management Office within the BC Public Service Agency.
Norma began her career at KPMG as a management consultant before moving to the Office of the Auditor General of BC where she conducted performance audits of public sector programs.
She later returned to management consulting at Berlineaton, focusing on improving organizational performance.
Norma's specialties include organizational design, continuous process improvement, change management, and strategic planning.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, dancing, and running.
Norma holds a BA in English and an MBA in Business from the University of Victoria, as well as certifications in Lean, Change Management, and CMC.
