Norbert attended Dartmouth College and Washington University in St. Louis, where he studied Bachelor of Arts, English, and Law, respectively.

He worked as a Director-Carrier Alliance Management at Verizon Business, Customer Satisfaction Director at Lucent Technologies, and General Manager at Lucent Technologies. Currently, he operates as a Consultant-National Client Relations at World Class Coaches, where he uses his expertise to improve business operations management, maintain partnerships and alliances, and develop strategic planning. Norbert is also passionate about organizational development, downstreaming, growth, and dispute resolution through business negotiations or litigation. In his free time, he has served as the Former Board Chairman of Tarrant County Samaritan Housing, Inc., where he supported the mission of providing affordable housing solutions to the less privileged in Tarrant County.
