Tim McKinney

Tim McKinney is the President and CEO of the United Way of Tarrant County (UWTC), a position he has held since November 2007. His early career also included service as a Captain in the United States Air Force from March 1968 to April 1971.34

McKinney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Financial Management from Texas Christian University, where he studied from 1962 to 1966. He also completed the National Graduate Trust School program between 1977 and 1979.34
