Noemi Castro is a strategic problem solver with a background in building and delivering programs that make a lasting and positive impact. With a focus on community building, knowledge bridging, and resource enhancement, Noemi's work spans across health care, wellness, and the arts, always centered on people and driven by purpose. Her expertise includes human-centered design, Lean Six Sigma, program development and evaluation, data analysis, team leadership, community building, coaching, public speaking, and workshop facilitation. Noemi is currently completing a Professional Coaching Certification with iPEC and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Art Studio from California State University-Sacramento, with additional studies at Pasadena City College. Throughout her career, she has held various roles in organizations such as CommonSpirit Health, Dignity Health Medical Foundation, Westfield, Tipping Point Community, and REMHCO, among others. Noemi's professional strengths include a futuristic vision, strategic thinking, connectedness, relational abilities, and self-assurance. Her personal passions revolve around planetary and human health and wellbeing, making her a nature lover who advocates for creating better living and working environments.
