Noel King

Noel King is an accomplished executive technology leader who has driven success from start-ups to large enterprise projects. With a solid background in computer applications and an MSc in computing from Dublin City University, Noel has managed to bring innovation and drive results that give him a reputation for excellence. It's no wonder why he was awarded the Irish Technology Person of the Year in 2018.

Throughout his long and distinguished career, Noel has had the opportunity to work in various Director of Engineering and CTO roles. Currently, he is the Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder at implement.io, a cloud-based platform that offers business process automation solutions. Before this, Noel was the CTO at Shipyard Technology Ventures and VSWare, where he led teams of engineers and developers towards success. His experience in the SaaS industry has given him a remarkable understanding of software architecture, DevOps methodologies, project management, and overall technical strategy.

Noel's skills in software development and project management made him a critical Technical Lead at FBD Insurance and later on as a Technical Analyst at Allied Irish Banks. He was also a Co-founder of Coolest Projects Showcase, which has since merged with Raspberry Pi. Noel's background in software development led him to hold numerous senior technical roles in organizations such as Paddy Power and FINEOS.
