Noah Doshna
Product Development Scientist, PepsiCo Global Beverages R&D
Noah Alexander Doshna is a recent graduate of Cornell University with a bachelor's degree in Food Science. Doshna has an impressive range of experience in the food industry, including working as a sous chef, product development intern, and a student catering banquet manager. Currently, he works as an Associate Scientist in Technical Brand Stewardship at PepsiCo Global Beverage R&D, where he ensures product quality and safety. Doshna also has experience in other industries, including teaching and landscaping.
In his undergraduate studies, Doshna researched and synthesized novel food packaging polymers, leading to an Honors Thesis and publication in ACS- Food Science & Technology. He was also involved in various organizations, including Cornell Hillel, where he served as Vice President Finance and Chair of Jewish Education.
Doshna's eclectic background in both the food and education industries has helped him develop a unique skill set that he now applies in his work as an Associate Scientist at PepsiCo Global Beverage R&D.
