Nitesh Gandhi is the Founder and CEO of Locale, an asset-light accommodations company catering to both business and leisure travelers with upscale, furnished apartments for short and extended stays.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Nitesh has a deep passion for creating memorable guest experiences while delivering value to property owners and partners.
Prior to establishing Locale in 2017, Nitesh served as a launch strategist at Oasis and as Director of Asset Management at The Chartres Lodging Group, overseeing large-scale hotel projects in the US.
Nitesh also brings a wealth of management consulting experience from his time at Marakon, where he led engagements across sectors in the US and Europe.
He is a graduate of The Wharton School with an MBA specializing in Real Estate and holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
