Responsible for leading towers within transitions like Knowledge transfer, hiring, technology, and workplace enablement, PMO across the Accenture India footprint as per project requirement.
Ensure the Transition methodology is well understood and adhered to

As an HR intern at Jindal Steel, I worked in Talent Acquisition function, my work involved:
1. Research on assessment tools for Talent Acquisition which are widely used across industries for different talent pools and talent levels
2. Study the intervention of technology and artificial intelligence in enhancing the assessment process to deliver consistently high-quality service and facilitate an exceptional candidate experience with respect to identified competencies
3. Benchmark the impact on business performance with regards to the assessment methods
4. Perform analysis of talent assessment methods & results in significant productivity increase cost savings and decreased attrition
5. Do a comparative analysis of existing assessment modes and derive the effective mode for a defined competency industry-wise - Band-wise and Function-wise
6. Identify assessment tools & analytics which can leverage technology enabling accuracy in decision making
7. Identify qualitative & quantitative parameters to measure the effectiveness of assessment tools
8. Gather and share industry insights/ TA insights / best practices on assessment tools
9. Gather and compare criterion validity & content validity for assessment in regards to the defined competency
10. Band-wise and Function-wise
11. Understand and capture candidate reactions from different organization’s hiring experience report
12. Highlight major compliance and legal factors which have to be considered
