Nina Martinsen

Nina Martinsen is the People & Culture Director for Northern Europe and the UK at Solina, a role she assumed recently as indicated in her LinkedIn announcement from April 2024.1 Based in Sweden, she has extensive experience in various aspects of human resources, including organizational development, performance management, recruitment, and employee development.23

Prior to her current position, Martinsen served as the Northern Europe HR Manager at Solina and has held significant HR roles at other organizations, including the Head of HR Nordic at Zumtobel Group.
