Kate McMillen is the Vice President of Talent and Engagement at Imagen Dental Partners, a position she has held since August 2022. In this role, she is responsible for designing and executing talent programs that aim to foster a high-performing culture within the organization. She leads initiatives related to talent attraction, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring that all employee interactions contribute to a world-class experience.1

Before joining Imagen Dental Partners, McMillen served as the Communications and Employee Experience Leader at MetaBank for a brief period and previously held the position of VP of People and Culture at the same institution. Her experience also includes a role as Senior Director of Talent, Culture & Communications at Vixxo, where she developed strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.1

McMillen holds a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Global Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
