Msod Kate McMillen

Kate McMillen is a seasoned people strategist with over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, organization development, HR transformation, and recruitment. She has a Master's degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Geography and Global Studies from the University of Tennessee.

Kate has held significant positions within various organizations, including serving as the VP of People and Culture at MetaBank and as the Senior Director of Talent, Culture, and Communications at Vixxo. She has also worked as the Director of Talent Development and Culture at Vixxo, the Head of Talent Acquisition, Diversity, and Inclusion at Infusionsoft, and an HR Business Partner at Infusionsoft. Moreover, she has experience as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant - Talent & Strategy at Insperity, a Director of Talent Management Solutions at TTI Performance Systems, and an Intern at the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative.

Throughout her career, Kate has honed her expertise in culture by design, diversity and inclusion, engagement, employee experience, talent development, learning and growth, performance management, leadership development, talent management, talent strategy, succession planning, restructures, internal communication, change management, and organizational design. She has a talent for leading autonomous teams that prioritize fun, growth, and results.

Away from work, Kate is a hands-on mother of twins who enjoys traveling, fashion, design, and good champagne. She believes in building a community, social activism, and random acts of kindness.
