With a rich background in entrepreneurship within the aged-care industry, Nikolay has successfully established Long-Term-Care facilities networks like 'Senior Group' in Russia and 'Senior Baltic' in Latvia, aiming to elevate senior care standards in Europe to a level where aging is embraced without fear.
