Niklas Huotari

Niklas Huotari is a skilled business leader with a strong focus on people and organizational growth, possessing expertise in a wide range of areas such as investments, stakeholder management, project management, negotiations, strategy development, governance, and financial management.

Currently, Niklas leads a recruiting and HR consulting agency with over 55 employees, facilitating approximately 600 recruitments annually for a diverse client base, including large public companies, fast-growing startups, and smaller professional organizations. The agency primarily specializes in recruiting highly educated talent with 0-10 years of experience in business, technical, or technology roles.

Education-wise, Niklas holds a Master of Science in Management & International Business with a concentration in strategy and marketing from Aalto University. Additionally, he pursued BSc Exchange studies at the University of Macau and completed his Matriculation examination at Tampereen klassillinen lukio.

With a rich professional background, Niklas has held various key positions in renowned organizations. Previously, he served as the CEO at aTalent, participated in the Future Leaders Program at GSK, led sales operations at Epic Foods, managed marketing projects at HRM Partners Oy, and assumed roles like Quality Assurance & Media Officer and Managing Director at Huippuvalmennus. Moreover, he gained experience in editorial and leadership roles at Suomen Lukiolaisten Liitto and held sales and editorial positions at Clas Ohlson and Kustannus Oy Aamulehti, respectively.
