Nikki Barron

Nikki Barron is a seasoned marketing expert with over a decade of experience. She is currently the Chief of Staff at Converge Media LLC, a media company committed to amplifying underrepresented voices, especially the Black community. As an expert in community building and social listening, Nikki assists in executing the company's key priorities and manages cross-team alignment across departments. She is highly skilled in project management, content creation, and has a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual branding. Nikki also co-founded the WXM Collective, an intersectional affinity group focused on making the music industry more equitable as well as being a member of Black Fret, a membership-based community of art patrons. She earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from North Seattle College and has expertise in photography, videography, and graphic design.
