Niina Fujioka

Niina Fujioka is the Director of Business Operations at Playable Worlds, a role she has held since March 2024. Originally from Osaka, Japan, she brings over 14 years of experience in operations across various sectors, including law firms and tech companies, as well as co-founding several startups. Her expertise encompasses legal affairs, human resources, finance, and project management.12

In addition to her professional background, Niina is a new mother and actively participates in her community through a youth-focused martial arts non-profit.
