At Mercer, he started as a Resource Management Group Lead Resourcer and later became a Senior Associate, a Consultant, an Associate, a Human Resources Business Partner, and presently a Senior Associate-Total Rewards. Martin also worked as a Process Analyst, Sales Specialist for the region Slovakia, Early Collections, and Senior HR Analyst at different points in his career. He was also a Lecturer in HR Analytics and Business Performance Reporting at the Institute for International Research (IIR).
