Nicole Yap is a professional with a diverse background in the finance industry, specifically in retail banking, wealth management, and FinTech. She has a vast experience in customer behavior analysis, digital transformation, and user experience optimization. She has expertise in leveraging user feedback, data analytics, and customer lifecycle management strategies to curate and launch bespoke initiatives. She has worked as the Head of Enterprise CSM and a Customer Success Manager at BTO (BetterTradeOff), where she optimized customer journeys to help the company grow its revenue. Prior to that, she also worked as a Product Owner at Bank of Singapore, Asia's Global Private Bank and Digital Activation and Engagement Lead AVP at HSBC.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the Singapore Management University and an International Exchange Program from Seoul National University. She is passionate about technology that empowers people and has a unique ability to bridge the gap between technology and people.
