Raja Debnath, an alumnus of University of Oxford – Said Business School, is a passionate entrepreneur and organization builder with expertise in digital transformation, corporate strategy, and start-ups. With his profound experience in P&L management, crisis management, and cross-functional leadership, Raja co-founded Veefin Solutions and Cayesh Solutions, which provided technology and advisory to banks, respectively. He also founded Analizo and currently is the managing partner of Cogence Labs, which offers advisory to banks and runs a B2B SCF platform. Raja has worked in various leadership positions in the finance and banking sector, including Kotak Mahindra Bank, GE Capital, ABN AMRO Bank, and Ernst & Young, where he specialized in SME finance, retail finance, and supply chain finance. Raja is also an expert in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and alternative data, and has served as an advisor to SME finance at The London Institute of Banking & Finance.
