Nicole Tirado is an International SAFe SCRUM Master with a diverse background in CPG Strategy, Cloud, Data as a Service, Business Development, Developer Advocacy, and Technical Project Management. She excels in leveraging SAFe agile processes and humor to build strong relationships that enhance profitability. Her mantra emphasizes the importance of measurement in achieving goals. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys indoor cycling and experimenting with plant-based recipes with her talkative toddler.

Nicole pursued her education with a Master's degree in Sustainability Studies from Harvard Extension School, a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from SUNY Cortland, and a Regents Diploma in Science and Math from MCSM.

In her professional journey, Nicole has held roles such as SAFe SCRUM Master at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, Ecommerce & Application Delivery Project Manager at Brightline Trains, and Founder of TeaRado Tech where she contributed as a SCRUM Master, Agile Project Manager, Business Development expert, and Tea Aficionado. She also has experience as a Technical Marketing Manager and Developer Advocate at Rackspace, a leading managed cloud company. Additionally, she served as an International Product Trainer and Cloud Product Specialist at Rackspace and worked in Business Development and Sales roles at Altria and Madison Square Garden.
