Nicole Stiles

Nicole Stiles Hockinson is a dynamic professional known for her impactful work in promoting women's leadership and empowerment. With a background in Communication and Public Administration, Nicole has excelled in various roles across the nonprofit and corporate sectors.

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at How Women Lead, Nicole leads a network of 13,000 senior women leaders, focusing on content delivery and programming. She played a key role in implementing the 2020 Women on Boards national movement in the Bay Area, contributing to the passage of California's SB826 law.
