Nicole has excelled in various roles within the insurance industry, including Chief Executive - Clients and Director positions at award-winning Australian brokerages.

With a deep understanding of risk, leadership skills, and executive experience, Nicole has contributed significantly to client-facing teams and company growth.

Currently, as the Head of Business Development at Howden Insurance Brokers (Australia) Pty Ltd, Nicole focuses on expanding the brand's presence in the Australian market while ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Her areas of expertise include national workers' compensation advice, strategic claims advocacy, affinity and member services, as well as international business coordination within the Howden One Global broking network.
