Maxim Bogdashkin is a seasoned financial expert with over 16 years of experience in FinTech and the financial sector. Passionate about strategy, customer experience, innovative entrepreneurship, corporate governance, risk management (ERM, credit and operational risks), agile, and business development, he has led large teams of 50 to 150 FTEs in 12 countries in EMEA. Maxim has worked mainly with banks and public policy institutions (governments, ministries of finance, central banks, etc.), with a focus on driving innovation and growth.
Maxim began his education with a BSc from Siberian State Industrial University and later a Candidate for MSc from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He has also completed MIT Entrepreneurship Bootcamp at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
