Nicole DeMarsh is an accomplished strategy consultant and senior executive with a decade of experience supporting high-impact companies and investors across Africa. Her expertise lies in renewable energy, agriculture, healthcare and financial inclusion. With an educational background in Honours Business Administration from Western University, she also holds a Master of Education from Columbia University and an Accelerated Certificate in Company Direction from The Institute of Directors.

Nicole has held several leadership positions, including Co-Founder & Head at Uganda Off-Grid Energy Market Accelerator (UOMA), Associate Partner at SAGANA and Head of Uganda Office at Open Capital Advisors, where she managed a P&L, led business development, and oversaw talent management. She's also worked as a consultant at TechnoServe and as an Associate & Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. She enjoys mentoring and managing high-performing teams and supporting growth and camaraderie.
